1STAR-CD 4.04 is not available on Windows/x86-32 or Windows/x86-64 Platforms
Simulia recommends STAR-CD 4.04 (or later) and MpCCI 3.0.6-20 (or later) because significant usability improvements have been made for co-simulation with these releases.
Co-simulation with MpCCI & STAR-CD has been qualified with the structural and fluid analyses running on the same platform.
Co-simulation with MpCCI & STAR-CD has been tested in a cross-platform mode; however this has not been officially qualified.
