Co-simulation with AcuSolve has been qualified with the structural and fluid analyses running on the same platform.
Co-simulation with AcuSolve has been tested in a cross-platform mode; however this has not been officially qualified.
It is expected that co-simulation can be performed with the CFD analysis running other platforms, not supported by Abaqus. For a full list of platforms supported by AcuSolve, please contact ACUSIM Software.
1AcuSolve user-subroutines will not work on HP-UX/Itanium or HP-UX/PA-RISC platforms with Abaqus due to compiler compatibility. This is a known limitation. Differences in the build environment used for AcuSolve and Abaqus may lead to incompatibilities with user defined functions.
