Independent Code-Coupling

The SIMULIA multiphysics platform is open to allow customers the most flexibility in utilizing the best solution for their problem, and our support for MpCCI from Fraunhofer Institute for Algorithms and Scientific Computing (SCAI) is a good example. We have many customers around the world who use MpCCI to couple Abaqus to their CFD code of choice in order to successfully perform multiphysics simulations, making a difference to product design and giving greater insight to scientific research.

Indendent code-coupling solutions such as MpCCI provide our customers with a flexible approach to implementing multiphysics solutions. Third-party applications can be coupled with both Abaqus/Standard and Abaqus/Explicit with MpCCI.
