Scott Berkey
Chief Executive Officer |

| Scott is responsible for all aspects of SIMULIA strategy and business operations. As SIMULIA CEO, he also serves as member of Dassault Systèmes' Global Executive Management (GEM) team. He has an extensive background in engineering technology and enterprise collaboration. Previously, Scott served as CEO of Axentis, Inc., which develops software for managing enterprise governance, risk, and compliance. He served as president and CEO at Proficiency Ltd, a software company for product data integration and engineering collaboration. Scott has also held executive-level positions at SDRC, including responsibilities for the Asia/Pacific region, Metaphase operations, and North American sales. Scott earned a B.S. degree in Applied Science at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and a M.B.A. degree at Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio. |

Ken Short
Vice President, Strategy & Marketing |

| Ken is responsible for the SIMULIA product strategy and management, industry solutions, alliances, customer services, and marketing communications and programs. He has more than fifteen years of technical, marketing, product management and business development experience in engineering and software. He has held a variety of positions with organizations including Rolls-Royce Aerospace, PDA Engineering, Rasna and PTC. Ken holds a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales and a Ph.D. in Biomechanics from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. |

Colin Mercer
Vice President, Research & Development |

| Colin is responsible for all activities related to Research & Development. He joined the company in 1993 as a software developer and has since held several positions within the development organization. Colin’s industry experience includes seven years at the Center for Research in Computational and Applied Mechanics (CERECAM) at the University of Cape Town, where he focused on the numerical simulation of materials processing. He also spent three years running operations at FEAS, a SIMULIA representative office South Africa. Colin holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. |

Roger Keene
Vice President, Worldwide Operations |

| Roger is responsible for sales, technical support and services provided by the SIMULIA offices around the world, as well as supporting simulation sales by the DS PLM sales channels. He has worked for SIMULIA since 1991, initially as regional manager in the UK, then as head of marketing, General Manager Americas, and General Manager CATIA Simulation, before assuming his current position in January 2009. Roger has a Masters degree in engineering from the University of Cambridge and worked for Arup and MSC prior to joining SIMULIA. |

Jim Lambert

| Jim leads all financial operations for SIMULIA. He has more than 25 years experience in finance, product management, marketing, and investor relations for public and private multinational companies. Prior to joining SIMULIA, Jim was the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Koch Chemical Technology Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries. He began his career as a software engineer developing space shuttle flight control system software at Intermetrics, Inc. Jim holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton Graduate Division of the University of Pennsylvania. |

Denise Hempe
Vice President, Human Resources & Administration |

| Denise directs the development and implementation of human resources strategies, plans, and programs for SIMULIA. Additionally, she is responsible for building operations and administration at SIMULIA’s world headquarters. Denise is a senior human resources professional with more than 15 years of experience in creating and implementing HR strategies aligned to the business goals encompassing all areas of HR – compensation, benefits, organizational development, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and merger and acquisitions. Denise previously worked for GTECH Corporation as the HR Director for the Global Technology organization. Most recently, she was HR Director of the Americas and Business Units at Sensata Technologies. Denise hold a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Rhode Island and is SPHR certified through the Society of Human Resource Management. |

Kevin Rota
Chief Information Officer |

| Kevin directs the management information systems (MIS) and information
technology (IT) functions within SIMULIA. He brings more than 15 years of
experience in leading IT project design, management, and implementation for
multinational clients. His most recent position was Vice President of Project
Management & Technical Services at Ness Technologies, Inc. Kevin holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, both from Rutgers University. |

Steve Levine
Chief Strategy Officer |

| Steve is responsible for directing the SIMULIA strategy and vision. He has more
than 20 years of simulation industry experience, including 15 years at Accelrys
Inc., a leading provider of modeling and simulation solutions for life and
materials sciences. There he held a variety of positions including Director of
Product Development, General Manager of Material Informatics, and Sr. Director
of Corporate Development. Steve also spent 5 years at Engelhard Corporation
where he led the simulation group and was the recipient of their highest
research achievement award. Steve holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and
Engineering from Rutgers University. |

Mark Goldstein
DS Strategic Advisor |

| Mark is a Dassault Systèmes executive with responsibility for select strategic growth initiatives at the DS group and SIMULIA brand levels. He also serves as a senior member on the SIMULIA board of directors. He has over 27 years of experience in the PLM industry, most recently serving as CEO of Abaqus Inc and then SIMULIA from 2001 to 2008. Mark spent the first 21 years of his career at SDRC, holding various strategic senior management positions. From 1997 to 2000 he was Vice-President of the Products Group, with responsibility for several SDRC product business units. Between 1995 and 1997, he was Vice-President of the SDRC-Ford Program Office, responsible for all facets of SDRC’s relationship with Ford Motor Company. Mark also served as chief operating officer of Cohesia Corporation, a venture-backed business-to-business software company. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering mechanics and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a graduate of the AEA/Stanford Executive Institute. |

Tamblyn Ghanem

| Tammy is responsible for global support of all legal matters related to corporate governance, commercial contracts, litigation management, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, and real estate. Prior to joining SIMULIA, Tammy was Senior Counsel for GSI Group, a publicly traded company focused on manufacturing laser equipment and motion control systems. She has also held corporate counsel roles at EMC, Data General, Object Design, and Stratus Computer. Tammy holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster in Ohio, and a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Suffolk Law School in Boston. |

Bruce Engelmann
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer |

| Bruce is responsible for extending SIMULIA’s technology leadership position and guiding technical software development in response to customers' long-term business requirements. He has directed the development of Abaqus/Explicit and other leading advanced mechanics technologies for the company. Bruce has worked on automotive applications involving development of zero emission vehicles and was instrumental in obtaining the first FMVSS certification of an electric sedan and pickup truck in the United States. He was awarded two design patents in crash engineering management systems. Bruce was also a lead developer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory for six years. Bruce graduated with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University in 1986. |

David Barnes General Manager, America |

| David is responsible for all regional offices and representatives in North and South America which provide SIMULIA sales, support, training and professional consulting services. Graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983, the first seven years of his career focused on the analysis of gas turbine engines, followed by eight years in the automotive industry before joining SIMULIA in 1999. In 2001 David assumed responsibility for managing engineering services for the SIMULIA Central office located in West Lafayette, Indiana where he continues to reside. In 2004 he became General Manager of SIMULIA Central establishing the Cincinnati and Minneapolis offices for SIMULIA Central before assuming his current role. |

Frans Peeters General Manager, Europe |

| Frans is responsible for the coordination of the SIMULIA business activities throughout Europe. He has been active in the finite element society for many years. From 1975 to 1979 he worked at the University of Delft on FEM related research topics like fracture mechanics and residual welding stresses. Starting in 1979, he spent nearly 15 years in various positions at MARC Europe and became their Vice President responsible for European operations. He joined SIMULIA in May 1994 as General Manager of Europe. Frans holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Eindhoven. |

KC Jen
General Manager, Asia/Pacific |

| KC is responsible for business development in Asia/Pacific. He has worked for SIMULIA since 1988. From 1996 to 2001 he was Vice-President for AC Engineering, a midwest USA representative for SIMULIA, and from 2002 to 2003 he served as regional manager of SIMULIA’s Central Region, which covers a much larger territory. For the past 16 years, he has been involved in nearly 1,000 SIMULIA projects. His goal is to help customers solve their engineering problems more efficiently and cost effectively through the use of SIMULIA products. KC obtained his Ph.D. in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University in 1988. |
